She does an excellent job making sure clients do not have to deal with the insurance companies as much as possible. If clients are not in network with their insurance and they are paying us up front she will do the billing for the client and submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. Laura handles this so the client does not have to.
Laura also does the billing for the therapists' clients so the therapists do not have to. This allows the therapists to be able to focus on what they love best, which is working with the clients and it allows the clients, at least as much as is in our power, not to have to deal with insurance companies unless necessary regarding their billed services.
